Animal Model: DN-DISC1 and PolyI:C exposure
Preparation Type: Gene-Environmental Interaction Preparations
DA-related behavior: Hypersensitive to MK-801
Cognitive behavior: Impaired object recognition; impaired fear conditioning
Social behavior: Decreased social interaction; impaired social recognition
Molecular/morphological signature: PolyI :C exposure on postnatal days 2-6; Decreased GABAergic interneurons in mPFC
Response to APD: Clozapine normalized sensitivity to MK-801 as well as cognitive impairment; did not improve social deficits
