Animal Model: DISC1 mutant (exon 2/3 deletion)
Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Normal activity in open field
Gating: PPI deficit
Cognitive behavior: No impairment in working memory or novel object recognition
Social behavior: Increased social interaction
Molecular/morphological signature: No morphological changes; altered threshold for LTP
