Animal Model: Neuregulin-1 Overexpression In Mice
Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Hyperactive in novel setting (Kato; not found by Deakin); impaired performance on rotarod
Gating: Increased startle response and PPI deficits (Deakin, not found by Kato)
Cognitive behavior: Impaired context-dependent fear conditioning
Social behavior: Impaired nest-building; decreased social interaction, increased aggression
