Animal Model: Neuregulin-1 Type II Hypomorphic Rats
Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Normal activity in open field; impaired habituation in males, enhanced habituation in females
Gating: Enhanced habituation; PPI deficit in females
Molecular/morphological signature: Increased basal corticosterone levels
