Animal Model: Neuregulin 1 Type II Hypomorphic Rat
Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Normal activity in open field; impaired habituation in males, enhanced habituation in females
Gating: Enhanced habituation; PPI deficit in females
Cognitive behavior: Deficits in visuospatial learning and memory; altered fear conditioning (cued)
Molecular/morphological signature: Increased basal corticosterone levels
