Animal Model: Neuregulin-1 Heterozygous Knockout Of EGF-Like Domain Mice
Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Hyperactive in open field (Duffy; not replicated by Ehrlichman or Moy); normal exploratory behavior
Gating: No PPI deficit
Cognitive behavior: Normal novel object exploration
Social behavior: Decreased social interaction (Ehrlichman; increased sociability but decreased social novelty preference found by Moy)
