DA-related behavior: Hyperactive in open field
Gating: PPI deficit
Social behavior: Reduced social interaction
Response to APD: Hyperactivity reduced with risperidone; PPI deficit reversed by risperidone; social interaction deficit and hyperactivity reduced when animals raised in enriched environment
