Animal Model: Neurotensin-1 receptor KO mice
Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Hyperactive in open field; no effect of PCP on locomotor activity; enhanced hyperactivity in response to amphetamine
Gating: No PPI deficit (Feifel)
Molecular/morphological signature: Decreased glutamate and NMDA-2A subunit concentration; increased striatal dopamine
