Animal Model: Midkine (Mdk) KO Mice
Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Normal activity in open field
Gating: PPI deficit
Cognitive behavior: Normal novel object recognition
Social behavior: Decreased social contacts, but increased time per contact
Molecular/morphological signature: Reduced dopamine, D1R and D2R in striatum
