Animal Model: Densin-180 (LRRC7) KO mice
Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Hypoactive in familiar setting; hyperactive in novel setting
Gating: PPI deficits
Cognitive behavior: Impaired spatial memory; Impaired novel object recognition
Social behavior: Impaired nest-building; increased aggression
Molecular/morphological signature: Impaired LTD; altered morphology of dendritic spines
