Animal Model: AMPA GluR4 KO mice
Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Normal activity in open field; increased sensitivity to MK-801
Gating: Reduced startle response; PPI deficits
Cognitive behavior: Impaired spatial learning, but enhanced performance in reversal learning
Social behavior: Increased social interaction with familiar cagemate
