Preparation Type: Genetic Preparations
DA-related behavior: Reduced locomotor response to amphetamine; enhanced locomotor response to MK-801
Cognitive behavior: Learning deficits in Morris water maze and Pavlovian conditioning
Molecular/morphological signature: Overexpression of adenosine kinase; reduced levels of adenosine in brain
