  I recommend this paper

A landmark paper (note the 140-page Appendix online) with sophisticated data analytics beyond my competence. As John Davis, doyen of American psychopharmacology, is senior author, I have confidence in the bottom line. My own preference would have been to omit patients with delusional disorder from the meta-analyses, as they may have added noise. I am not aware of any strong genetic evidence that delusional disorder is related to schizophrenia.
