We seek an innovative basic neuroscientist who will develop and maintain a vigorous, independent research program in a translational setting focused on the neurobiology of mental illness. Experimental approaches may range from molecular and structural neurobiology to systems neuroscience.
Candidates with an interest in neuroinflammation, stress and/or developmental insults leading to long-term clinical abnormalities are especially encouraged to apply. A doctoral degree and relevant postdoctoral experience in neuroscience or a related field are required, and preference will be given to candidates with existing grant support.
